Cute story! I love the graphics
San Francisco - Market St 1906, before the Earthquake.
The city when it was old was beautiful still. I love the guy that runs across the camera around 5:20. Cameras must have been a very new thing, and the vibrant spirit is so apparent in that shot. Oh how much faster traveling is now, but how much less we perceive and process and realize because of that. This is a very historical video, it makes me love living in this city so much more! I am so happy I get to stay in the Bay Area during college, too.
Super hip place, saw a local gypsy jazz band, great bunch of guys.
Red Poppy Art House is an artist residence that really emphasizes interdisciplinary arts. While the band was playing, there was a guy in the loft above painting! And at other events there would be someone reciting poetry. Pretty happenin place!
It was a fun time with friends in the Mission District.

I love living in San Francisco (or the West Coast for that matter) because we can see the moon entering the ocean and passing the horizons on a late night like this one. The moon when it’s this low is encompassed with tinted city lights, and it hangs by a thin wire as it dangles its toes into the glowing Pacific Ocean. Beauty everytime.
